The monthly live event Moonlight Enchantments begins this weekend! It will turn on October 20th at 12:01am PDT and run until 11:59pm PDT on October 21st. The US Servers will come down on Tuesday, October 9, 2012, at 7:00 am Pacific for a hotfix. The EU Servers will come down on Wednesday, October 10, 2012, at 5:00 am London Time. ITEMS Hoop of Draconic Fervor - fixed an issue with the heal/ward increase portion of this proc not applying. Vallon's Chestplate of Cold Determination now has Wisdom additionally to its other stats. Sullon's Rage Imbued Greaves of Slaughter are now chain armor. Classes that can use them remain the same. Nights of the Dead Returns to Norrath [EverQuest II]

Scheduled to start on Thursday October 11, ghouls and goblins can be seen creeping around the city streets in Norrath as Nights of the Dead returns once again. Put on your favorite costume or illusion and join in the festivities! Familiar faces from years past have returned with their seasonal quests and treats. There are six new quest rewards, new goodies on the Nights of the Dead Merchants as well as an updated version of last year's Devotee challenge. Crafters will be pleased to hear that the new Celebrations of the Dead V scroll offers 22 new recipes! Players wanting to consolidate their candy into one type can use the candy exchange Gigglegibber, who can be found in all player cities. The old Trick-or-Treat game has been retired this year, replaced by a Ghost Hunter Competition with Commonland and Antonica versions. The Qeynos City Festival Has Begun! [EverQuest II]

Today is the beginning of October, bringing us the Qeynos City Festival ! The festival will run until October 7th at 11:59pm PDT. You can find the Far Seas Caravan in Antonica just beyond the bridge to North Qeynos. Sanya Farshore, the General Goods merchant, is proud to continue featuring Bags of Teleportation Pads in her inventory. They cost 20 City Tokens, with each bag holding two Teleportation Pads . Visit the Far Seas caravan merchants to see all of the local specialities and other festival goods . An Aether Race will also be available in Antonica during the festival. Participate and achieve a time of 134 seconds or less to earn the Bridge Buzzer prefix title! Begin the race by speaking to the referee near the Coldwind Point Lighthouse.
